SHIPPING

We offer Australia wide shipping on most of our products (not including Artificial/Dried Floral Arrangements) and will have your order shipped within 2 workings days. All orders are posted through Australia Post with tracking details so you can stay up to date with it's progress. All orders receive complimentary gift wrapping and note card/s. (If required)

Standard Shipping : Flat Rate of $10 per order

Express Shipping : Flat Rate of $15 per order

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free Local Delivery on all of our products for Townsville, QLD residents. This means whether you're ordering a gift within Townsville or, you live outside the Townsville area but want to have something delivered to a local resident, it's on us! (Along with complimentary gift wrapping!) Simply add the delivery details in the coinciding boxes found on each product page. (e.g. Message For Card, Recipient's Name & Address, etc...) 

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

Busy schedule and need no-fuss delivery? No problem! Whether you're buying yourself a little treat, or want the option of gifting our products in person, all Townsville residents have the option of contactless delivery on all orders. We deliver Contactless Deliveries at 5pm the same day of ordering (unless you specify otherwise). Smaller items such as candles, car diffusers, accessories and even small gift boxes can easily fit into a standard mailbox, while larger items like floral arrangements will be boxed up and placed in a discreet place nearest the front door. When checking out, simply type CONTACTLESS DELIVERY in the "add delivery instructions" field, along with any other delivery details you'd like to include. 

(Please be aware that by selecting contactless delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for any unattended items and relating damages.)
